The Horned Gods

I have been wondering who to post about recently and then Simon Bisley came to mind especially since it is something that helped inspire me in some of my recent works. I can tell you this that in months to come I will start showcasing my work and even show sequence shots that I took to document the progression of it. Ideas for graphics are a dime and a dozen but what makes something so genuine is basically the delivery.

FAKK 2, got the animated movie as well as several issues in Heavy Metal Magazine

Simon Bisley like most of us was inspired by Frazetta. His style is a combination of Oil, Inks and air brush. He's done work for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Batman, Lobo and of course Heavy Metal just to name a few.



I remember when Me, O and Jabs (also Wise aka Angel) would sit down read and just dumb out on Heavy Metal Magazines. We would always talk and draw things inspired from it all day and then shortly afterwards you'd see us attempting to reproduce it in a production on a wall. One of the nastiest people out, Simon Bisley.
