Gay Marriage on the move... to the D.C.

After a vote of 12-1 (ex-Mayor Marion Barry voted no) the Washington D.C. passed a gay marriage bill yesterday. That's another win for human rights in my book. Dupont circle is going to be on tilt I would imagine (if the "kids" want to get hitched that is). Being known in some circles as the Black Gay Mecca I'm truly interested to see how the political landscape changes with this kind of move. Pride might grow to another level following this news.
